    A: We recommend taking Complete Probiotics with water before a meal, preferably in the morning.
    


22. Q: Are the capsules enteric coated?
    A: The capsules are not enteric coated as enteric coating would deplete the shelf life and the survival of the bacteria.
    


23. Q: Does Complete Probiotics contain any animal by-products?

24. Q: Are the bacterial strains freeze dried?
    A: Yes, they are freeze dried. The freeze dried process is why Complete Probiotics do not require refrigeration. The strains come alive again once they reach the heat and churning of your stomach.
